Unusual transaction on my account

    Hi, I have noticed that there was a transaction going through my account which was not put through by myself and have just noticed this through my online banking account. Is there a way that this can be queried in order to understand why this has happened?

    If you're registered for Banking 365 Online, you can submit a query via 'Service Desk' and 'Ask a Question' and a representative will be happy to look into this further for you. 

    If you're not registered for this service, please call BOI Direct on 0818 365 365 / 00353 1 4044000 and a rep will be happy to help. Reps are available 8am - 12 midnight Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday and Bank/Public Holidays.
