Verifying a Serial Number

    Apologies in advance if this question has been asked countless times in the past.

    I'm aiming to pick up an Omega on an upcoming trip. The purchase will be made from an AD but I'd like some assurance when purchasing and, to do so, I'd like to verify the serial number of the piece.

    Is there an online utility provided by Omega where by a serial number can be verified prior to purchase?

    you want to verify a serial number from an AD?

    why would you want to do that?

    i dont believe that there is such a facility albeit you can register your watch with omega post purchase

    If you want omega assurance just go to Omega's website and make sure the AD is a recommended seller. That means omega trusts them to sell their product.
