Hi,

I recently cancelled multi-room with Sky.

They messed up and cancelled the subscription on my HD box instead of my SD box.

Rang Sky today and they sorted it out but when doing so for some reason they asked me to switch cards between the boxes. As a result I cannot now view the programmes I had previously recorded on my HD box, presumably because the box now has a different card.

Will I have to ring Sky to resolve this or what can I do

Yes you will need Sky to reinstate the old card that was previously in the HD box.
