    Lads,

I'm looking for about four or five in calf heifers that would be calving down in March ideally. Everything I'm seeing now is calving Nov -Dec. Are they usually sold around Dec or Jan or would I have missed them at that stage?

I've eight exceptional ones and a couple of alright ones to sell, there's a lad supposed to be getting the pick of them if he turns up all calving feb and march. A few red roans a few well marked sims a few pb limos and a couple of ch, blue blacks and some black whiteheads that look out of place.

If you read the weanling trade thread on here and the buyers on there talking down prices blah, blah, you wouldn't give s tenner for those heifers

But I wouldn't take a bit of notice of those fellows. They will be back around the ring buying away as always, and posting on here moaning about the price.
Keep the live export trade going and we have enough competition to keep Larry and the buyers down the line honest
