......a thread about who is not at a fancy dress party or even out tonight?

The main gig is tonight, because society will generally treat tomorrow night, Monday (actual halloween) as the night before back to work. Seems like most people are going nuts tonight. I spoke to some third level students last night and they are ripping it up on Monday night, because they can as they are on mid term. Ah the days!

Anyway. I'm home tonight and will be home tomorrow night. But thats because I can't get a babysitter as all options are doing one of the above.

I had something good planned for late last week but, unfortunately, it fell through. Was very disappointed. Oh well.

As for tonight and tomorrow: I'll be getting through a **** tonne of work.

I got home from work at 1am this morning (old time). Other half working tonight but I would have happily watched her work from the opposite side of the bar.:D But every babysitter is on the tiles tonight. I'd try do some work, only I haven't the energy to even open the software.

I'm at home because I bust my back and got another needle in my bum and some Valium. I don't mind though, I feel very happy and content with life

Some bad stuff can happen to people who dress up.

I'm at home. Never planned to be anywhere else.

My parents visited earlier so my kids played some Halloween games with their grandparents and it was good fun.

I briefly considered going out for a drink with a friend and seeing what was going on costume-wise, but it was never really likely.

Now I'm sitting on the sofa watching Match of the Day and drinking quite an impressive measure of rum.

Well cheers from my last lager to your rum!
