I am director of a registered charity for our local playground. Obviously I receive no payment and there are no distribution of profits and it is a limited company by guarantee no shares. Do I tick the box on form 11 to say I am a proprietary director? Assume no but just checking.

    You're not a proprietary director.

A proprietary director is one who owns a chunk of shares in a company. Not the case when you are just sitting on the board of a charity. So no.
