Claiming credit for employing carer

I paid fees to Homeinstead in 2015 and want to claim relief online through Form 11. Where do I fill this in? Under personal tax credits there is an entry for employing a carer "amount claimed". Do I just enter the full amount I paid to Homeinstead here? Thanks

Yes, limit is 50k I think , http://www.revenue.ie/en/tax/it/credits/information-for-carers.html
