    I'd be very wary.
Iirc, I heard a lot of horror stories about them!

I've had dealings with them and would avoid like the plague, actual service was fine (just a phone line) but any time I had to contact customer service required at least three phone calls to sort.

I,m with them for the house phone, no problems yet and its a one month rolling contract so will be easy to leave if there ever is.. Avoid EIR anyway they are the worst company I,v ever dealt with.

Signed up my mother in law 16 months ago for landline only. Best deal out there - never had a problem.
Been on to their customer service a few time - no issues and everything was sorted quickly. One month rolling contract also
    No hesitation in recommending them

I must have been thinking of another company.

There was definitely some bad stories about em a few years ago. Maybe they've upped their game.

I thought so. I remember people on the radio being duped into contracts and not being able to get out of them and comreg showing their blunt teeth at the company in question .

I thought it was pure but I could be wrong.

I've been with them (phone and broadband) for over two years. No problems, other than occasional slow BB, which when reported was dealt with efficiently.
