I saw his dead stick aerobatic routine in his Aero Commander Shrike at the Reno air races a few times, brilliant is too meager a word to describe it.
Afterwards he had plenty of time to talk to his fans and sign autographs.
The future world will not not see the likes of him ever again, I wonder what sort of heros will we produce in years to come?
