B&Q vs other kitchen suppliers

Hi guys, I'm getting new kitchen doors, from the Panelling Centre I think. I'm fitting them on to my existing B&Q carcasses. B&Q doors seem to be 2mm wider than what other manufacturers consider the norm (495mm vs 497 with B&Q for example). It does mean I'll be seeing a tiny bit more of the carcass frame when I put the new doors up, but don't think that'll be too noticeable. Anyone else done this?

Yes but It'll hardly be noticable.

Are the hinge holes pre-drilled? this can be a pain to do if not.

I actually don't want them pre-drilled. B&Q carcass hinges are 12cm from top & bottom, whereas most other manufacturers do 10cm. Most places have their jigs set up for 10cm and won't do mine different, so I'm just going to take them undrilled and do it myself.
