    Hi,

We are looking to put in a 5 ring electric cooker into our new build.

Is there a standard width for these units? I've seen units to range from 90cm wide to 110cm with a majority at 100cm. Is it correct to say that 100cm would be the standard fit?

Any recmmendations for this? I'm not wanting to put in a dual fuel item with gas hob.

    Which are the recommended brands?

    Thanks.

you could consider a 5 ring extended hob with two single ovens fitted underneath, being asked for quite a bit recently in the trade

Thanks - went for a gas top with electric oven/grill in the end.
