Crack on the outside of the Toilet Bowl

Hi all, just noticed this when cleaning today. It's a very new apartment I'm renting and the crack is quite long if not deep.

Attached a photo (not the best quality).

I'm wondering how big a deal this is, should I bother the Estate Agent with it etc.

Obviously I can't see how it could be my fault (one person of average weight using a toilet over four months!).

    Thanks.

Yes, the bowl could shatter when sat upon.
it is the landlords responsibility to replace the bowl.

It should not be used, a cut from broken toilet ware can lead lead to serious infection, replacement is the only option.

    Alright gents, thanks for that.

I really hoped it wasn't something I'd have to bother them about as toilets seem to be quite expensive.

I'll have to get onto them again.
