Revenue form 11E no more?

    Im looking for the simplified version of Form 11 tax return. Its called 11E and it used to be available on the revenue website. But it's nowhere to be found now - see http://www.revenue.ie/en/tax/it/tax-return-forms.html

    I've emailed them and got no response. Anyone know if it exists anymore? And if so, how to get it?

    Some people get issued them. You don't choose to do it. If you need to file a form 11 you need to file a full form 11 unless revenue they can do a shorter version.

    I just realized that I have a Form 11e PDF file that I downloaded from revenue a few years back. I just print out and change year with pen, they accept it every time from me still.
    If anyone knows a publicly accessible hassle free place I can upload it to -- will gladly
