Unable to see water usage

    We received a letter stating that there may be a leak in regards to our water supply. I logged into our account but I cannot see water usage for any months past July 2016. July 2016 is slightly higher than the usage for July 2015, but very marginally. How can I find out the usage since then as I don't want someone coming out to investigate when the increase could simply be down to the summer months.

    Hi RentDayBlues,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    If you have received this letter, it could mean that the water meter at your property has alerted us a constant flow of water to your property over a 48-hour period. A constant flow of water for this period is unusual for an average household and may indicate a leak.

    Would you mind sending the following details and we can look into this for you:

    - Name;
    - Address; and
    - Contact Number.

    Thanks in advance.

    Kind regards,
    Allanah

    Thanks for that Allanah. Can you please let me know if there is a problem with the reporting system or another reason why I can't view the usage?

    Hi RentDayBlues,
    Thanks for that Allanah. Can you please let me know if there is a problem with the reporting system or another reason why I can't view the usage?
    We can follow up on your usage for you if you PM your name, address and contact number.

    On your online account, it shows your meter reads on the back of your bill and as billing is currently suspended, this may be why you cannot view more recent meter reads as of yet.

    However, we can certainly look into this matter on your behalf once we verify your account details by private message.

    Kind regards,
    Mairead
