    Hi everyone,

I am planning on marrying my Turkish Fiance at the end of November 2016. After this we will apply for a join spouse visa for him. My problem is about the 40k I as the sponsor must have earned over the past 3 years. I have been and still am in full time education however I have differed this year which would have been my 3rd year of a 4 year degree course, I will now commence this year in September 2017 instead. I have worked part time for the past 3 years so do have a P60 for the past 3 years however my earnings amount to about a total of 30k. I'm just wondering is there any lee way with this as I have been in full time education. We have substantial proof of relationship as have been together for almost 4 years. He has been here twice on visit visas and I have been there about 10-12 times.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    Ciara.

I all fairness the only way you'll get a real answer is by calling someone in authority, probably in the visa office. Otherwise it's just randomers on the internet telling you what they think. You know?
