Trying to use form 12 to declare rental income online for first time.

Login > Overview page > Click on ‘2015’
Click on “Your tax credits & Your Incomes.”
Scroll downn to the last item “Untaxed income arising in the state”

Would you like to decare income… Choose ‘Yes’.

    The options are:
    Income from gov stock.
    Income from Exchequer Bills.
    Income from Credit Union.
    Income for other loans/dividends?

None of these seem correct for rental income. I’d be grateful if someone could advise what I’m doing wrong.

    Many thanks
    P.

That sounds like you are in the paye anytime screen rather than a form 12. When you login to my account there should be an option for form 12. Is that what you selected?
