    what are non approved?.

    there are house meat factories that are not approved FSAI

    As far as I'm aware all establishments processing livestock have to be approved by the Dept of Agriculture/FSAI.

    I believe base price gave you a link to a very comprehensive list if you go to the trouble of clicking on it.
    If it's not on the list it's probably dodgy.
