    The reserve for collection seems to be a misnomer too. I reserved something, and noticed a message saying something along the lines of "this item isn't actually reserved for you, we just think there should be some in this branch"......

    Agree, - you never see "was" in any of the homestore so called offers. they are rarely brand names that you can compare with and usually the quality is crap. But many people seem to be sucked into believing the sticker.

    I remember when the first opened, good brands, decent quality stuff and then they just went downhill - an expensive home version of dealz would be how I'd describe them.
