Are you a member of your local credit union?

You probably have to look at consolidating all your loans into one repayment you can afford, best make an appointment to have a sit down with the bank and tell them what you neee to get on top of things. Combine everything outstanding now bills, credit cards etc and just have one repayment monthly.

What did credit union say? If they turned you down a traditional bank is probably more likely to do the same.

Anyway you can speak to service providers about a payment plan?

No reputable credit institution is going to like the ideas of lending in an an emergency and that you have maxed out your credit.

As above, mab's or restructuring your your existing credit facilities may be the answer.

A money lender, payday loan is likely to exacerbate your situation. Family and friends if not massive money, and can pay them back might be an option.
