Workplace Relations Commission, Constructive Dismissal Case

I don't know if this is in the right or not, as per title ive got a constructive dismissal case against a former employer, he has had the hearings adjourned twice now, how many more times can he have the hearing adjourned before he has to turn up? Is it a case of themore excuses the worse it looks...
