volkera mynute HE boiler wont switch off?

    Volkera mynute HE boiler, 3 years old.
    Switched on rads for first time today, after summer,
    House is zoned so i switched off after a while. However boiler stays on and only downstairs rads stay on

    Doesnt seem to be a problem with the control panel, OH has isolated it and thinks it seems to be a boiler problem


    Any ideas?

    Downstairs zone valve stuck open or on manual.
