    Hi all,
    I have a Samsung NX500 Camera that i need to get repaired.
    I have contacted Samsung and the place they advised told me they don't support the camera.
    So looking for advice on where i can get it looked at.
    The issue is that the camera wont fully turn off, all other functions are fine and it takes photos no problem i just cant turn it off unless i remove the battery.
    So any advice would be great thanks.

    how old is it? is it still in warranty?

    Hi magicbastarder,
    Its about 3 years old at this stage and no the warranty is only for 2 years.

    I tried to get the "goodwill" form them but didn't happen
