Can anyone please tell me what is likely to happen when I plead guilty to driving without due care and consideration. I was involved in a r.t.a with another car. The other driver received a broken arm, both myself and my daughter got only bruises and both cars were wrote off. I have no memory of what happened before the crash at all. I was informed that it was my fault as witnesses said i came across the white line. Also would I need a solicitor seen as I will be pleading guilty. Thanks in advance for any info.

A solicitor will know how to make the best of your case, even if intending to plead guilty. Make an appointment to see one to put your mind at ease at least.

Unfortunately we cannot give legal advice here, so any advice you'll get will only be from a practical perspective.
