We have a very nice 2 bed in meath/north Dublin area. We need to sell it to clear out existing mortgage. Then we can get a new mortgage to fund our new family home. Any idea how much it would be worth next year? 850sqft. Former show house. Excellent condition. Desirable location. Need to clear €200k

if your chosen plot/site is in the rural housing control zone, you may not be eligible for planning, as you do not have a housing need.

Crystal ball Pie in the sky stuff!

Will material / labour / general construction costs rise as house prices rise?
