Buying a UK showerhead

Im sick of paying €25 for a shower head in Ireland (I think its actually €27 now) for a basic Triton shower head. There is no point buying generics as they never last as long. Would a Triton shower head from Amazon UK work here? They are about €11/12 which is a massive saving.

If you don't use a genuine Triton or mira shower head your shower may not work correctly.
A UK genuine Triton shower head is the same as an Irish one
Question, why do you need to replace the shower head so often? Steeping them in white vinegar over night removes limescale build up
