    Hey,

With regards to the Electronic Commerce Act 2000:

Say an email was a designated form of communication and the accepted contract was communicated by email back to the offeror:

Would it be valid if it went to the spam filter and the offeror never noticed it?

Or would it be valid the second it arrives in the email system , regardless of filter?

    Any help really appreciated
