No expert on this at all, but a simple google search for 'PDF to word' has done the trick for me before when I needed things done in a hurry. Someone else might be able to shed more light on the subject re certain software.

Don't know if you've already tried, but most of the time right click and open with Word ( if you have it..) works

i would never use one of those online sites for confidential information, or stuff with sensitive personal information.

however if your pdf is safe enough, use the online tools.

if its confidential stuff, you couldn't risk it. in that case go to adobe.com and download Adobe Acrobat DC - use the free trial (7 days)

I've used nitro pro for a couple of years and it works very well.
