Amazon fire tv and Alexa

Hi,Have an Amazon fire TV 2.Have downloaded the Alexa app from Amazon but the app is not shown up on my Fire TV after syncing content.Has anyone have any idea why?Is this a Geo restriction problem?Any help would be greatly appreciated.:)
