Hi. Up the walls the next few weeks and am thinking could I make dishes using creme fraisce and freeze them after I cook them?

Basically chicken and mushroom dishes using creme fraisce as the sauce ???

Sorry if I have this in the wrong forum

I haven't got any personal experience of this, but I'd imagine there would be a good chance of the sauce splitting.

I find creme fraiche doesn't reheat very well. I sometimes reheat my dinner for lunch and it doesn't work well with creme fraiche in it. Maybe I'm doing something wrong...
