Hi guys, im needing to replace my Nexus 5 and i was hoping the new Pixel phones would be my next phone but they are a bit rich for me tbh. So im looking to get a Nexus 6P but im finding it hard to get my hands on one. The usual places CPW , Playstore etc are out and dont seem to be getting them back.

    I can find it Eglobal
    http://www.eglobalcentral.eu/huawei-google-nexus-6p-32gb-4g-lte-sim-free-unlocked-aluminium-silver.html

    And on ebay Via Eglobal
    http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Google-Nexus-6P-32GB-4G-H1512-Unlocked-Aluminium-Silver-Screen-protector-/232045289537?hash=item3606fa2041:g:93UAAOSwuYVWncr4

But ive never used them and by the sounds of things they are based in china?? Even though their Ebay listing says Dublin  , also when it comes to warranty, will google still look after warranty issues if i buy from someone like eglobal?

Has anyone got any other retailers i could be overlooking?

    Thanks in advance

I know a lot of people in the Photography forum used them. IIRC Tax/Duties are a coin toss. Worth checking out the Photography forum

Thanks , just checked it out, delivery seems good, warranty seems a bit hit and miss, gonna fire an email to google to see if the honor warranties on devices bought from a 3rd party.

Let me know how that goes, I'm looking to upgrade too and was also curious about the warranty.
    Thanks.

I'm looking for a 6P too - did you order from that crowd?

From what I can see online, Google will cover warranties if bought from the Play store, if not, you have to go direct to the manufacturer.

Cheers, pricey enough though - $549.99 (about €500) for the 64GB version before you get it here... plus the risk of customs. I ordered on from a third party seller on Amazon.de, shipped price was €485. Yet to arrive, but it only shipped on Friday, fingers crossed it's here today.

Mini heart attack today with the phone, mine slipped of my pocket in a taxi going to work and had to run the full.lenght of the ifsc to catch the taxi lucky I caught it (considering he seen me) because he was claiming it was always there but anyway.
So it's true what they say about the Nexus 6p it's extremely slippery .
Do you know anywhere to buy accessories?

I just ordered a case, screen protector and 3 x USB C cables on amazon.co.uk when I ordered the phone, a case and screen protector is generally the extent of my accessory shopping, but this will be my first USB C device, so had to get a few cables (one for a spare charger at home, one for the PC and one for charger in work)

The seller seems to be co-operating, I've sent it back via registered post this afternoon. Now, the waiting game. Again.

Finally got a refund and bought the phone new from a lad on adverts. More expensive, but much better service...

I sent the phone back, got it refunded and the original shipping and was having an issued getting the cost of me returning the phone. I got on to amazon and they said "we can't do anything, you have to talk to the seller"

So I left negative feedback for the guy to pressure him into a refund, whcih he did eventually, and I was going to ask the amazon bots to change to medicore (as he was fast to respond, and refunded the original purchase price etc) but when I wend to check it, they had deleted it. Without any notification to me, asking permission... just took it off and said "you told the merchant you would remove it when you got the refund"... yeah Amazon, I said I would do it. Pricks.

THere's no notificaiton, so how many sellers have had negative reviews cleared from their accounts and the original buyer is none the wiser, and probably never looked back at it again. I'll still buy from Amazon direct but my advice would be to avoid third parties on Amazon and use eBay.

Jeez that sounds like a hell of journey to get to the phone you wanted lad.

You can design your own skin with the phone on this https://dbrand.com/shop/nexus-6p

I desperatly need a case the phone is too slippy
