    But as we complain about marginal tax rates of 52% let's not forget the 95% rate from 1966 as demonstrated here:

    "Let me tell you how it will be
    There's one for you, nineteen for me
    Cos I'm the taxman, yeah, I'm the taxman
    Should five per cent appear too small
    Be thankful I don't take it all"

    I do recall marginal rates getting to 98% at that time.
