Samsung S5 and Bluetooth headphones

Hi, got myself a set of jam Bluetooth headphones. However the reception of music from my S5 is shocking. I have yet to hear one complete song without a break. I have the phone in work trousers and sometimes on a work coat.

Or is it the headphones? I don't have any other Bluetooth device that I can check with at the moment .

    Any suggestions?

Most likely the headphones but you'll really need to get your hands on another Bluetooth device to be sure. Maybe ask a friend can you check with their phone?

Got my hands on a blue tooth speaker and tested the phone. All works perfectly. I moved about the room and the song playing never skipped or dropped out.

Will be bringing the headphones back to the retailer.

I can usually just about get away with going through two interior block walls. Three and you see drops.

    Those headphones are junk.

I got these for €30 in a sale. Very good units.

Thanks for the tip but I need buds due to work. I purchased a pair of headphones in CWH that are a cord type and fitted a small length of heat shrink around the jack to strengthen the connection and prevent damage.
