TV3 can't do current affairs or news. I'll be shocked if this doesn't insult my intelligence.

Public servants managing spending. They don't give a fook. There's no duty of care or accountability. In Northern Ireland and Britain, they'd treat the money like it was their own. The Irish lazy mentality is to blame

Because insurance is mandatory the government should have controls on it for the basic 3rd party cover required by law to drive on the roads.
