    Somebody told their was a monastery where you could hear the monks praying i forgot the name☺

    Mount Melleray. It's about 30 km south of Clonmel, heading for Cappoquin.

    The community assembles in the abbey church several times a day to pray the divine office. As far as I know the church is always open, so you can attend at any time. There's a timetable on the website. If you're planning an actual visit you might like to ring in advance just to double-check.
