Fire place was refurbished and re plastered. 2 weeks later i painted over plaster. White powerdy substance keeps appearing on fireplace and stove. Stove is inset so appears on the trim around stove. I applied extra coat of paint stopped white dust appearing over original coats but still appears on stove trim? i think the stove trim is even rusting in corners now as i ran damp cloth over it so much. This is new stove aswell. any tips?
