    Hi Folks,

I am looking to cover my business legally, I need a Terms and Conditions and also seeking legal advice for the wording and issuing of business contracts. I am South Dublin based. Any advise and help appreciated.

    Many thanks,

    Paul

Moderation: You'll need to see a solicitor as legal advice cannot be given here under the Forum Charter. Thread Closed.

Just to add, people pay a lot of money for pro forma contracts and the drafting of Ts and Cs and they do so in order to have their own asses covered if things go wrong. Even if legal advice was allowed to be given here (for free), it would be a terrible idea to rely on it.
