Dubai hotel

Hi, can anybody recommend a good hotel in a good location in Dubai for doing all the touristy things and close to bars and restaurants please? Something that doesn't cost a fortune. And has a good breakfast as we want to get that included. Will be there for 5 nights mid October. Thanks in advance
