I am registered with ROS. I need to claim back money for work done last year under HRI. I must do this through ROS (according to the various Revenue documents).

The question is how do I go about doing this? i.e. how do I access HRI through ROS? I have looked at all videos and documentation on Revenue.ie and I cannot find the answer. Obviously I cannot use the "MyAccount" portal.

This FAQ suggests ROS can be used.

The question is how do I use ROS to do this?

On returns and payments screen scroll down to other services and select hri scheme.

Again thanks but I have been told that before. When I scroll down there is no HRI scheme tab.

    The only tabs there are,
    1. Jobs & Pensions,
    2. Form 12,
    3. My Enquiries and
    4. VRT Certificate of Conformity
    .

My Ros is slightly different because I act as an agent but I see HRI scheme on the same line as the above. Are you registered as a property owner? If you don't own property you can't claim through HRI scheme.

    Maybe that's it.
Wife & I are assessed jointly and do a single return. I am first named for tax but for some reason property tax comes in her name. We are joint owners of house.
