The company wants me to accept payments per month over 4 years but solicitor says its bad arrangement. Hi
I took a case for constructive dismissal a year ago which i won and was awarded over 12k which i have not received. The company wants me to accept payments per month over 4 years but solicitor says its bad arrangement. My question is..... if i take it to the district court and they say thats all they can afford would i have to accept it ? They could close down before 4 yrs up

Any help would be appreciated
