Is anyone using holographic or red dot sights on their pistols. Looking for some recommendations for my beretta 87T. Also are weaver and picatinny rail accessories interchangeable i.e.:will a weaver accessory fit a picatinny rail and visa versa

I used a Reflex type sight on my handgun, the type with a small window on. Did the job and cheap off ebay.
