    Hi there,

I am sales and my salary is a package (based + commission).
I am paid monthly and my based is over 33.800 which means a part of it is taxed at 20% and the other one at 40%.

I am wondering if my monthly commission are taxed the same way that my based or is different.
And if it the case: does it impacts the PRSI and USC as well?
And how does it impacts it on a monthly basis ?

I am not able to find these answer on revenue!
Thank you very much for all your help!

Your bonus is added to the normal wages and taxed just as wages.

There is no special tax treatment for bonuses, unless you work in a bank
