Hi Just booked standing tickets for 2fm Xmas ball for myself, 16 and 11 year old. Just said at completion that it was strictly over 16s standing - is there any hope of my 11 year old getting in considering she's already my height? Would I be able to get a refund or change to seating? Thanks
