I've been reading up some threads about thailand but they were all either 3 week or 1 month itineraries. I know 1 week will barely scratch the surfaces of such a diverse country but we are heading to australia for 3 weeks after Thailand.

We land in bangkok on 2nd March 2017 and leave 7 days later. We are mainly going for the craic and partying but also seeing the sights and how the people live..well I am anyway, my brother of purely just after the craic.

Do you think we have enough time to head out of bangkok? I don't think my brother would like heading north to the jungle etc so south it is?

Also with bkk, what is a must do? We plan to stay in dang dern hotel (or something) on khao san road. My brother knows guys who recently had a blast in that hotel.

Night out drinking, days worth of food and random paid activities..would 120 cover that?

Reay looking to get an itinerary shaped up as all we have free now is..bangkok and alcohol. Fine for my brother but like I said, I want to experience real Thailand too.
