1000 euro a month for a shed

    I just saw this article today, an advertisement on Daft.ie that is essentially a bicycle shed in someones back garden being rented out as an apartment for 1000 a month.

    I can't move out of my parents house because rent is so high and im not anywhere near Dublin. What I wouldnt give for the chance to be an adult with my own independance.
    Why are the rents so high? Is it pure greed or am I missing something?
