Pinergy Money Low

    Hi, I'm sorry if this is not allowed on here but I just moved into a flat last Friday and the electricity is through Pinergy and the problem is that I put 20 Euro's in on the day we moved in and this morning it came up as "Money Low" on the meter and it's impossible I've used anywhere near 20 Euro as I was even out all weekend. . Just wondering if anyone can let me know why this might be? Thankyou

    I'm guessing, storage heaters, immersion and the standing charges?

    Is it possible that it give you that error when are down to below 20 euro credit
