Online support groups/forums for adults with ADHD?

    Hello everyone.

    Looking to see what online support resources are available for someone (mid 40's) recently diagnosed with ADHD? Is there a forum here? I didn't see one. HAAD Ireland gave some information, but something like Boards.ie, where people can share their thoughts and experiences, would be invaluable.

    Sorry Beffs but this forum is strictly to seek advice on issues of a personal nature.
    If you've queries on this site we've feedback or for general net queries on groups etc there's Google.

    There are a number of threads on ADHD in Long Term Illness forum. Maybe try some of those to see if they can help address your specific query. Please do read their charter before you post though as with any forum dealing with serious issues the application of the rules might be a little more strict than elsewhere.
