Athenry air balloons

Out for a walk earlier, spotted at least four air balloons flying around the place. Is there something on somewhere? Tis a grand way to spend the evening! Also there was some weird looking drone flying over the new motor being built. Unusual looking thing and noisey as hell!

There was around 20 in total they took off from supermacs plaza on motorway and went towards Athenry although 1 lad hit for Loughrea what ever he was at.few of them paramotor things following them like the lad on the prom.its a race I think.was cancelled Sunday due to weather so went Monday looked fairly good
