    Scenario below:

I am non resident but ordinarily resident in Ireland therefore I'm subject to tax in Ireland on WWI except for foreign employments and foreign income less than 3810.

I have asked my bank to pay my deposit interest without deducting DIRT as I am NR.

Say my deposit interest exceeds 3810 in the year. Am I subject to tax in Ireland on the gross deposit interest?
