healthy eating with no kitchen

    At the moment I'm in a position where I'm living in an environment where I get my meals served to me in a canteen daily. The food for the most part is good but certain days I find it hard to eat.

    I have no access to a kitchen.what sort of healthy foods could I eat in my room?

    Fruit
    Home made muesli
    Overnight oats
    Raw veg- carrots, peppers, olives, tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce
    Rye crackers or brown bread with cheese/ cooked chicken/ turkey
    Tinned salmon/ tuna
    Natural yoghurt

    Buy a cooler bag
