Hi There the development where I live is looking at finding a new management agent to run the development - looking for recommendations for good ones and also for companies to stay away from? Any info would be great - this is a minefield Cheers

A complete minefield - get recommendations and see if you can speak to directors of the respective OMCs. The best agents aren't taking on new clients - too much hassle sorting out other people's mess.
